Shop-bought salad dressing is notoriously high in sugar, salt and bad fats, all of which can derail your best efforts eating healthy salads. Make this simple salad dressing on a Sunday and toss with your salads for the week – it’s zingy, flavourful and surprisingly creamy.

What you’ll need:
- 5 Tbsp olive oil
- 5 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp tahini (sesame seed butter)
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and ground pepper
Instructions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together and season to taste. Store in the fridge for up to a month.
