These question might make you squirm, but let’s ask it anyway…
Are you wasting time?
Do you regularly push yourself towards your goals?

Do you feel overwhelmed when it comes to exercise and nutrition?

Do you have nothing left when your day is done?
Or would you describe your routines and rituals more like a comfortable trot?

Do you coast along, doing the same old thing expecting massive, fast results?
Maybe you are spending a portion of your valuable time exercising, because I assume that you have goals and aspirations for your body and health. And I also assume that if you had the option to achieve that leaner, more toned body even faster, you’d jump at it!
The following tips are going to show you how to spend less time wasting time and procrastinating, which allow you to achieve quicker, more noticeable results. Sound good?
Be Focused. It sounds obvious, but this crucial requirement is often overlooked. Don’t be one of those people who exercise their excuses more than their heart, lungs, muscles, stress and anxiety levels. Focus on what must improve in order to get to where you want to be EVERYDAY!
Be Conscious. More specifically your eating and emotion towards everything you consume. Do this by eating junk and feeling what the junk is doing to your energy, your motivation and your desire for a slimmer waistline. This helps to avoid a deathly spiral of unconscious consumption that will leave you trapped and feeling like you have no control. You do have control, you just don’t believe it… YET!
Be Hydrated. Stay on top of your hydration levels. The best results are achieved when you’re drinking enough water. Buy yourself a pack of 500ml bottles pure natural water like the pack below from SPAR for R99. Having water with you 24/7 will improve water consumption and make you more conscious. GO BUY IT TODAY!

Be Strategic.
Block out times for exercise. And no, I’m not going to say that there’s a universal ‘right time’ to workout. Your job is to figure out when your body is at its best and to make that the time that you consistently exercise. If you’re not a morning person, then don’t force yourself to wake up at 4:30am, try working out after work instead. BUT 5am for me is the BEST!

Be Grouped. There’s a benefit to working out in a group setting with like-minded people. Researchers saw a significant increase in strength and endurance in the people who had an audience of like-minded people versus those training on their own.

Be Comfortable. Surround yourself inside a place that makes you feel comfortable. Surround yourself with people who will never judge you or make you feel like you don’t fit in. This one tip alone has being a game changer for 90% of our clients.

Be Accountable. If you’re not already one of our valued EFF members, then now is the time to become one. Working with an accountability coach ensures that you’re setting the right goals and being challenged and are seeing results.

And that’s just smart, right?
