Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring or complicated. Get a weeknight meal in minutes with this colorful, tasty and easy stir fry recipe by member Timna! Fry vegetables and the pineapple in a little butter or olive oil for few minutes, and there you have it a delicious meal or enjoy as a side!
Ingredients
200g Red Cabbage
45g Carrots
50g Leeks
45g Pinapple
Garlic finely chopped
Ginger finely chopped
1 Chilli finely chopped
Heat the olive oil or butter in a large deep skillet add all the ingredients, fry until vegetables are tender-crispy.
