2. Use juice. Go for juices that are all natural, with no added sugars. Add your favourite fruits. — they contain vitamins and antioxidants that can benefit your health too.

Place all fruits and vegetables in a glass pitcher and add water. Allow to infuse before serving over ice. Stir to distribute fruit flavour and serve in glasses with some ice cubes.
