What you will need:
- Kale
- Green apple
- Mint
- Ginger
- Cucumber
- Pineapple
- Water
- Blender or Juicer
Method: Wash and prepare all produce then push through a juicer/ blender. Use organic produce or whenever is possible. Serve immediately over ice.
