As you may know Heritage Day is approaching. To celebrate heritage day, as a team EFF will be supporting the Nantes Running Club in Bridgetown Athlone while they host their annual 5km and 10km Walk or Run road race on 24th September 2019.
We invite all of our members to be part of this Heritage Day Fun Run. We also want to reward you for entering and completing the Fun Run whether you’ve signed up for the short 5km or the 10km.
Here are the rules to receive your REWARD on the day after the run/walk. First:
Wear your EFF buff or T-shirt to show you part of team EFF
Come to our EFF bootcamp table after your race and receive free refreshments and a small gift
Our coaches will also be partaking in the race so we encourage you to come and join us, maybe you’ve never ran a 5km or 10km race. Let this be your first! Invite your friends and family and let’s have fun on Heritage Day.
We will be serving refreshments and hydration at our table to all our members wearing anything EFF after the run. So please stop by at our table to collect your gift.
