Consider this: How can you take control of your energy and motivation if you can’t control your appetite? 

Whether it takes you 6 weeks or 6 years to transform your body, it is important that you stay focused on what it is you want to feel and achieve. For member Shameez starting her weight-loss journey after her baby was a huge adjustment.

But being part of a results driven community she is loving the process of getting back into the swing of things. Shameez say’s one of her major breakthrough’s is becoming more focused and disciplined in terms of her eating habits. Before it didnt matter to her but she realized with her end goal in sight it’s not about what you want but actually what your body needs.

See it visually then try to feel it. If you can’t see it or feel it, then you’re going to work on it.

When you work towards something long enough and generate the habits and skills needed, you set yourself up to achieve big goals because you’re pursuing it day after day.

So whether it takes 6 weeks or 6 years. Focus on it so it sinks in and write down an action you will take today to get closer to achieving it. Well done on your progress Shameez let’s keep pushing!
