Paid in Full (PIF): This is a legal contract. You will have access to EFF Bootcamp Location for the duration of 12 months. You cannot freeze or request a freeze unless pregnant. You are only allowed to freeze for 3 months if you request a pregnancy freeze. Once the paid allotment of time expires in your contract, your membership will continue month to month at the monthly rate of the 12-month subscription. There are no refunds for PIF and you may not transfer any membership over to someone else.

1, 3, 6,12 & 24 Month Monthly Subscription: This is a legal contract. Once the paid allotment of time expires in your subscription contract, your subscription will continue month to month at the same monthly rate you chose. You will be automatically billed each month for the amount specified. We have a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you have your first consultation. After this period has elapsed, no refunds under any circumstances.

The 30 day-money-back guarantee policy on any of our monthly subscriptions do not apply to alumni members renewing any membership or any prospect member who has already joined any of our promotional low barrier offer programmes, such as and not limited to, 6 Week Challenges, 16 Day challenges or 21 Day Challenges.

If under a monthly subscription, you can freeze 1 (one) month per year for any reason. There is an R100 freeze fee. You cannot be credited with a freezing month if you notify us after payment has been drawn for the current month. We require at least ten (10) days’ notice to Freeze by email. If you provide such notice less than ten (10) days before the day of your next subscription month, your credit card may still be charged. You will not be entitled to prorate your last month’s use, nor will you be entitled to any refund for any payments to EFF Bootcamp.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your 3, 6 or 12-month subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time before the end period, then you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent of two months. If you wish to cancel after a monthly subscription or a 12-month contractual subscription, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address effbk@effbootcampbokaap.com.

If you wish to cancel your 24-month subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time before the end period, then you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to half of the amount remaining. If you wish to cancel after a monthly contractual subscription, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address effbk@effbootcampbokaap.com.

If you are under a contract or monthly subscription your membership will continue month to month until you request a cancellation. Cancellation must be done by email cancellation request to effbk@effbootcampbokaap.com seven (7) days prior to the payment action date set. No other form of cancellation will be valid or accepted.

If you do not contact us at least seven (7) days before any subscription period ends to cancel, your subscription will automatically continue and the payment card that you provided at the time of enrolment online will be charged the full EFF Bootcamp monthly membership subscription rate provided at the time of enrolment each month until you cancel.

EFF Bootcamp can change the monthly membership subscription rate at any time. If the membership subscription rate changes after you subscribe, we will notify you by email and give you an opportunity to cancel.

For monthly subscriptions (including subscriptions for services), we require at least seven (7) days’ notice of cancellation by email. If you provide such notice less than seven (7) days before the day of your next subscription month, your credit card may still be charged. You will not be entitled to prorate your last month’s use, nor will you be entitled to any refund for any payments to EFF Bootcamp.

EFF Bootcamp in its sole discretion may charge a cancellation fee equal to the amount of two months.

TO PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF EFF BOOTCAMP BO KAAP PTY LTD AND THE COMMITMENT TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE THOROUGHLY READ THIS CANCELLATION POLICY AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. BY WORKING WITH ANY OF EFF BOOTCAMP WORKOUTS INCLUDING ITS TEAM AND STAFF BOTH ONLINE AND OFFLINE, MEANS YOU ARE WAIVING ANY RIGHT TO USE THE NATIONAL CREDIT ACT 34 YOUR SUCCESSORS OR YOU MIGHT HAVE TO BRING LEGAL ACTION OR ASSERT A CLAIM AGAINST EXPLOSIVE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS BOOTCAMP (PTY) LTD OR EFF BOOTCAMP BO KAAP (PTY) LTD AND/OR ANY OF ITS STAFF AND/OR INSTRUCTORS.

FREE TRIAL OFFERS, SHORT TERM TRIAL OFFERS, AUTOMATIC ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION

Where we offer you a Free Trial or Short Term Promotional offer of EFF Bootcamp, such offers will start immediately after your registration for your free trial and continue for the trial offer period as indicated on the Website/Coach at the time you register. Free trial or short-term subscriptions are only available to new subscribers of EFF Bootcamp and for the limited periods as set out on the Website/Coach. Previous subscribers or those subscribers who have already benefited from a free trial or short term subscription to EFF Bootcamp do not qualify for a further free trial or short term period.

You have read the terms above and you fully understand the rules of cancellation for your monthly subscription.
