Paid in Full (PIF): This is a legal contract.

Upfront Cash Payment Subscription Package

All clients are required to pay their Subscription package upfront and in full. Once paid, you will have access to the EFF Bootcamp Location for a duration of time paid. You cannot freeze or request a freezure of your upfront EFF subscription unless you are pregnant. If you request to freeze your EFF subscription due to pregnancy you are only allowed to do so for a period of 3 months. Once the paid allotment of time expires in your contract, your membership with EFF will continue on a month-to-month basis at the monthly rate of the 12-month subscription package. There are no refunds offered by EFF for subscription packages which are paid in full upfront. Membership packages may not be transferred over to someone else.

1,6,12 & 24 Month Monthly Subscription:  Once the paid allotment of time expires in your subscription contract, your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis at the same monthly rate chosen. You will be automatically billed each month for the amount specified in any invoice provided to you. EFF has a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you have your first Goal Setting Consultation or G-Session. After this 30-day period has elapsed, no refunds are offered under any circumstances. This is due to clients having the opportunity to fully test EFF’s services during the initial 30-day period before fully committing to any subscription package.

The 30-day-money-back guarantee policy on any of our monthly subscription packages does not apply to alumni members renewing any current membership or any prospective member who has joined any of our promotional low barrier offer programs, such as but not limited to, 6 Week Challenges, 16 Day challenges or 21 Day Challenges.

You can freeze a monthly subscription package, for 1 (one) month per year for any reason. There will be an R100 (one hundred Rand) freeze fee applicable in these circumstances. You cannot be credited with a freezing month if you notify us after payment has been drawn for the current month. We require at least ten (10) days’ written notice to freeze a subscription. If you provide such notice less than ten (10) days before the date of your next billing date for your subscription, you may still be charged for that month. You will not be entitled to prorate your last month’s usage, nor will you be entitled to any refund for any payments to EFF Bootcamp for any subscription freezing after the initial 30 (thirty) day period.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your 6 or 12-month subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time before the end of the subscription period, you will be liable for a cancellation fee equivalent to two months’ subscription. If you wish to cancel after a monthly subscription or monthly contractual subscription has expired, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address eff@explosivefunctionalfitness.com.

If you wish to cancel your 24-month subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time before the end of the subscription period, you will be liable for a cancellation fee equivalent to half of the remaining subscription amount. If you wish to cancel after the contractual subscription period has expired, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address eff@explosivefunctionalfitness.com.

If you are under a contract or monthly subscription your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until you request a cancellation in writing. Cancellation requests must be done by way of email to eff@explosivefunctionalfitness.com seven (7) days prior to the payment action date for your subscription. No other form of cancellation will be valid or accepted by EFF.

If you do not contact us at least seven (7) days before any subscription period ends to cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically continue (on a month-to-month basis) and the payment card that you provided at the time of enrolment online will be charged the full EFF Bootcamp monthly membership subscription fee provided at the time of enrolment each month until you cancel.

EFF Bootcamp has the right to change or amend the monthly membership subscription rate at any time. If the membership subscription rate changes after you have subscribed, we will notify you by email and provide you with an opportunity to cancel your subscription.

TO PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF EXPLOSIVE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS BOOTCAMP AND THE COMMITMENT YOU HAVE MADE TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE THOROUGHLY READ THIS BILLING AND CANCELLATION POLICY AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR EFF BOOTCAMP. 

EFF BOOTCAMP, ITS SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS, ACCEPT NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY LOSS, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE EFF BOOTCAMP SERVICES IN ANY WAY.

EFF BOOTCAMP, ITS SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES, ACCEPT NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY COSTS, EXPENSES, FINES, OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY ECONOMIC LOSS, CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY FORM OF PUNITIVE DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE FACILITATION AND OFFERING OF THE EFF BOOTCAMP SERVICES IN ANY MANNER.

FREE TRIAL OFFERS, SHORT-TERM TRIAL OFFERS, AUTOMATIC ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION

Where we offer you a Free Trial or Short-Term Promotional offer, such offers will start immediately after your registration therefore and shall continue for the trial offer period as indicated on the Website/Coach at the time of registration. Free trial or short-term subscriptions are only available to new subscribers of EFF Bootcamp and for the limited periods as set out on the Website/Coach. Previous subscribers or those subscribers who have already benefited from a free trial or short-term subscription to EFF Bootcamp do not qualify for a further free trial or short-term subscription period.

You acknowledge and agree that you have read the terms above and you fully understand the rules that are applicable to the billing and cancellation of your monthly subscription.
