Personal session with coach

Schedule your first session with our professional coach to talk about goals you would like to achieve, struggles that you are facing, recommendations for your diet and lifestyle.

Choose your classes

Choose which classes and program fit your lifestyle the most (graphic of schedule). All classes are run in a group setting environment. You can choose as many classes you want!

First Training

Now is the time to go on your first training! Our specialized Afterburn workouts use a combination of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn up to twice the fat and calories that traditional workouts burn in only half the time.  Every session is led by a professional fitness coach that will help you to do every exercise properly, safely and will help you get from you your maximum potential to help you achieve your dream goals.
